Why you should choose Multi-Layers Co-extrusion technology?
1. Technic Level：
Due to high demanding and complex requests from different customers, when developing and manufacturing protective film, it has to consider the formula
design for the base layer and glue layer. However, the co-extrusion will be easier to customize the formula than the coating process film.

The multiple-layer design of co-extrusion technology will be more common when applying in different products and precisely satisfy our customers’ needs.

The co-extrusion which can integrally combine multiple layers all in one makes the physical properties of the film more stable, avoiding unstable

Leica Multi-Cut analysis for Fish-Eye (FE) is capable of precisely analyzing the Fish-Eye location and assisting in manufacturing process to achieve optical grade specification.
Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy
FTIR analyzes the materials in order to choose proper formula for our customers
Melt Flow Index Testing Machines
Materials melt flow index test in order to adjust manufacturing parameter and structure design of protective film
Universal Testing Machine is responsible for OQC, ensuring the qualities and performances.
