Unlike coating films, Alpha Optical films are made using break through co-extrusion technology eliminating the treatments and coatings typically required in manufacturing such films. This results in stable film property that help to resolve the glue residue concern on the coating films. Alpha protective films can be used in any application requiring surface protection of a variety of material such as plastics, glass, coated surfaces, metal plate or other films. In order to meet the growing market demand, Alpha Optical launched capacity expansion project that would increase our capacity to 132 million SQM per year in the end of 2018. The increased capacity base help us meet our expanding customer base from a wide variety of surface protection applications. Our successful applications list includes manufacturers of Brightness Enhancement Films (BEF or DBEF), Light Guide Plates, PC plates, ITO films, Metal plates and many more.
